Jonathan Giles, Managing Director
Jonathan Giles joined Rathbone Investment Management International as managing director in January 2006. He is responsible for both managing and developing the existing offshore investment services to private clients and professional intermediaries. Jonathan chairs the company's Investment Committee and sits on the Rathbone Group's Strategic Asset Allocation Committee.
Jonathan started his career almost 20 years ago in private client stock broking before joining Hill Samuel as an international portfolio manager and then Citibank Private Bank as a vice president within investment services. In 1997 Jonathan joined Walbrook Trustees, the then offshore fiduciary arm of Deloitte & Touche, where he was managing director of Walbrook Asset Management and director of investment strategy for the trustees. In 2000 Jonathan joined the board of Liberty Ermitage to focus on the construction and delivery of multi-asset class investment solutions to private clients and professional fiduciaries.
He is a Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute.
